The Cowlitz County WA Real Estate, Longview/Kelso and surrounding areas still going pretty strong. According to the NWMLS statistics the higher end market it has slow down in the last few months but medium and lower price ranges are still as hot as they can be. Here in Cowlitz County, the National Real Estate boom along with the increase in housing demand, do to many National Chain Stores and business coming to the area, increased tremendously Real Estate prices in the last couple years.
